I would absolutely use their services again. My driver was polite and waited for me while I cleared customs. I do recommend you book a time for pick up that leaves you with time to comfortably get through the processor the airport. 1.5 hours was not enough time for me and that’s what the company (understandably) allows which left me in a bit of a stressful position.
