SHUTTLE BUS DA NANG - HOI AN (Review from Viator)
I booked two shuttle transfers with this company, one from the airport and one to. Unfortunately, being airlines in SE Asia unreliable as they are, my flight was delayed and I missed the shuttle. I was offered no refund by this company, nor I asked for one - not their fault anyway. The transfer back to the airport instead went well, they picked me up from my hotel at the time they promised, the van was comfortable and the driving safe. In conclusion, don't waste your time and money booking a transfer *from* the airport, ask your hotel to arrange a taxi for you or pick one at the airport. On the way back, this shuttle is an excellent choice.
