I used these guys when arriving/departing Vietnam. Their service is as they say efficient, clean, cheap, air con and provides water.I would def use them again, I personally didn’t like the booking process via trip advisor, not sure that this was the companies fault, rather the booking platform!! It didn’t make the details clear but with one or two confirmation w-mails with the transfer company it was all cleared up - they are very responsive!!

We arrived in HCMC after midnight on the night of Tet but no problemour transfer was there with our name on his sign. The driver was careful. We made a mistake and had emailed the wrong address but the driver was very patient with us and drove us to the address that we should have requested without complaint (at 1:30 am)

Nothing to complain about - great service! A representative was waiting for us upon arrival - they took care of our luggage and provided us with water and a moist towelette. the minibus was comfortable and the driver was very helpful and courteous.Will definitely recommend this company.
