Got off to a rocky start due to a miss communication on pick up. company was very apologetic and did resolve the issue. they also went out of their way to redeem themselves. I would recommend using them. They communicate easily and consistently and work with you to make your experience better. we booked 2 vans since there were 14 of us. They did better than 2 vans and sent us a tour bus so we could all be together and accommodate a lot of luggage
