I received my bookings confirmation and was contacted by Hoianexpress the next day early morning via WhatsApp. We were met by Kim our driver, he spoke very good English and was a safe driver. There were no detours and we were driven straight to our hotel. Hoianexpress is highly recommended for Danang airport to hoian. Thank you Hoianexpress.

I booked two shuttle transfers with this company, one from the airport and one to. Unfortunately, being airlines in SE Asia unreliable as they are, my flight was delayed and I missed the shuttle. I was offered no refund by this company, nor I asked for one - not their fault anyway. The transfer back to the airport instead went well, they picked me up from my hotel at the time they promised, the van was comfortable and the driving safe. In conclusion, don't waste your time and money booking a transfer *from* the airport, ask your hotel to arrange a taxi for you or pick one at the airport. On the way back, this shuttle is an excellent choice.

"ダナン空港からホイアンのホテルまでの送迎をお願いしました。国際線ターミナルへの到着の場合、本来は国内線ターミナルまで徒歩で移動して乗車の予定でしたが、他の乗合客も国際線ターミナルからだったため、国際線ターミナルからの乗車となり助かりました。１時間に１本の割合で運行され、充てがわれた便は到着予定時刻から１時間以上後の便でしたが、入国審査に１時間近く掛かり、ぴったりの時間になったのは経験からの読みだとしたら大したものだと思います。空港からホイア旧市街近郊のホテルまで約５０分でした。ホテルの送迎だと6,000円近（950,000ドン）するものが、700円（6US＄）で済むので格安です。気に入ったので、帰りの送迎も予約しました。"

Took a round trip from Danang to Hoi Ann with Hoi Ann Express. Truly impressed with their services, before the trip, confirmation via Whatsapp & email to ensure the pick up location and time. The coach was quite new and the drivers for both trips were quite on time, really great that I have chosen this provider!

"ダナン空港からホイアンの宿泊ホテルまで利用しました。片道USD６ですから格安です。ホーチミンからダナンへの飛行機が時間通り飛べば、予約した11時ダナン発の乗り合いバスに間に合いましたが、30分以上遅れたため、11時発には間に合わず、1時間後の12時の便で無事移動ができました。空港からの移動者だけでなく、ダナンホテルも一部廻ってお客さんをピックアップし、最終的には合計9人で移動しました。12時に空港を出発してホイアンのホテルに到着したのが13時30分でしたから、タクシーであれば40分程度だと思いますので、時間に余裕のある人には安くてお勧めです。因みにダナンでGRABを利用としましたが、ソフトは動くのですが、結局対応できる車がいないとのメッセージが表示されます。GRABで表示された料金帯と実際にメータータクシーで移動した料金はほとんど変わりませんでした。"

"Da Nang to Hoi An - Upon arrival, the staff is already waiting at the airport. We just needed to wait for the other guests, then left immediately. Hoi An to Da Nang - The driver came on time. I was the first passenger, then we went to pick up more guests.Everything went well. Except that there is inconsistency in my drop off/pick up. When they sent me an email, it was indicated that I will be dropped and picked up at the hotel exactly. However, during my arrival, the driver dropped me a blocked away from my hotel. Over all, I would recommend this transport, but make sure to clarify with them the pick up/drop off place."

Good service. My arrival time was 10 AM so I booked the schedule at 11PM to make sure that I won't be late for the bus. However, I arrived earlier at 9:50 AM and the service people called me to reschedule my time to 10AM and they were willing to wait for me 5 to 10 minutes late.

I arrived a bit earlier, because the flight was on time and immigration and custom processes were quicker than expected. but the agent was waiting there already. it is really a smooth ride from Da Nang airport to the hotel in Hoi An as the driver dropped me off at the door of the hotel I booked. we just ordered a car the night before. we ordered a car with a maximum of 3 passengers so we thought the car that was coming was a kind of sedan. but it turns out that we are riding is a kind of van that can be filled by about 8 people even though we are just the two of us. Actually we don’t really care as long as the car will drop off us in hotel. The car arrived on time and the trip was smooth.

All wonderful, a Klook representative met us at the airport, waited for all people who booked the transfer and brought us to the driver. It took around one hour to get to the city. The immigration is fast, you will be out within 40 minutes, so booking the transfer an hour and a half after the landing gives you plenty of time, including for an expensive coffee at the airport café.

Our flight was a bit delayed and I didnt have a chance to contact the company since we were in the air when it got delayed. Luckily it was no problem at all! When we landed, I wrote to the contact person and she responded very quickly! We kept having contact till we picked up our luggage. The mini bus drove us to our hostel in Hoi An, and everything went smooth. We will definetely use the company again when going back to Da Nang Airport again soon.

SUPERB. My flight was early and they put me on an earlier bus. I was met at arrivals by the lady and she was standing there with a notice with my name on it. Excellent. The mini bus is good and the drive to Hoi An was no problem and I was dropped of at my hotel. I was the only one in the bus. A superb service for a great price. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to travel to Hoi An from Dha Nang. I will be writing about them in my blog and recommending them. Great service.

I chose to alight at 108 Bach Dang street near my hotel in Da Nang City area. Driver then dropped me off at my hotel at Hoi An. The shuttle has a few stops in between to pick up and drop off other passengers but does not affect the time. Took around 1 hour to reach Hoi An.

We recently booked some other airport transfers thru a different channel and were fed up with their lateness. So we tried Aviator this time and were very impressed. Driver was early which meant a quick getaway as our flight was early. And a great comfy and spacious SUV. So 5* from us.

Ich hatte fälschlicherweise eine falsche Richtung gebucht. Ich wollte vom Airport DANANG nach Hoi an. Als niemand am Airport war, um mich abzuholen. Rief ich das Unternehmen an. Die Dame machte mich darauf aufmerksam, eine falsche Richtung gebucht zu haben. Innerhalb weniger Minuten organisierte sie für mich den Shuttle vom DANANG Airport nach Hoi an im mein Hotel. Danke 🤩 danke danke . Der Fahrer war sehr sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll . Ich empfehle das Unternehmen sehr. Werde es immer wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen,Preis - Leistungsverhältnis top .

The driver waited for us as our flight has been delayed, the car (mini-van) is super comfy and spacious, plus it has wifi. Definitely would recommend you also book it for the return trip because we didn’t and we regretted it later!
