Important notices:
– All passengers must provide the following information: Name, Year of Birth, Pick-up and drop-off location, Phone number
– Passenger has to be ready at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. The driver will leave punctually at the scheduled departure times, bus can not return if you’re late or no-show.
– Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge.
Cancelation policy
All cancelation from guest arise additional charges as follows:
- Over 48 hours before departure: No charges
- From 24 hours to 48 hours before departure: 50% of the tour price
- Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price
Child policy:
- FOC for children 0-5 years old sharing seat with parent. Full charge for children requesting separate seats.
- Children from 6 years old full charge
Maximum 1 child for 1 adult, the 2nd child will pay adult price
